Shipping

After payment is processed, your order will be shipped within 7 business days, typically sooner. If you need a rush order, please contact me. All orders, both domestic and international, will ship via USPS and you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number when your order ships. International buyers are responsible for all VAT, import fees, and taxes imposed by your country. Shipping charges will not be refunded if the items ordered are returned to me.

Returns

My hope is that you will love your purchased item and that it’s just what you wanted. But if you are unhappy with it, please email me and let me know right away, and I will issue you a refund or exchange as soon as I have received the returned item in good/unused condition. You may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Unfortunately shipping fees are non-refundable.

Packaging

In an effort to be as green as possible, I keep packaging to a minimum, using mostly recyclable materials. Pillows are shipped in large plastic envelopes to be as lightweight as possible (I’m hoping to soon find an alternative to the plastic) and all other items are shipped in USPS priority mail packaging. Wrapping and labels are also kept to a minimum, although all items will be shipped with your invoice and care instructions.

Variations in Product

I make everything in small batches or on demand, so there will be some variation in my products, and they may not match exactly the photos that you see online.

The linen I use is undyed natural linen, so while it is typically the color of oatmeal, just like oatmeal, there could be some slight variation in tone. And there may be some slight nubbiness to the fabric. That’s just linen.

There may also be some variations in the printing. The ink I used is water-based, and fabric needs to absorb a lot of it (more than paper) to get a crisp professional look. However, the texture and variations in the fabric may cause the ink to be absorbed differently in different places, which means it may not be perfectly even in tone. But it does mean that you are getting a unique, handmade item!
